SOUND & PAINT
Join sound healer Sara and artist Vanisha for an immersive afternoon of sound, colour and creative flow.
Begin by settling into a deeply relaxing sound bath, allowing the sounds and vibrations to quieten the mind, soften the body and bring you into the present moment.
From there, carry that feeling of calm and flow onto paper through intuitive ink painting. Watch the inks move, blend and unfold across the page, following their natural movement rather than trying to control the outcome.
There’s no right or wrong way to create — simply listen, feel and allow yourself to flow. A space to release, play with colour and let whatever wants to come through, come through.
