![I painted this during a difficult time, when I felt a lot of darkness and confusion, but painting helped me to get through it.
Painting has always helped me to process my emotions, whether they are joyful or not. It has brought me solace at every moment in my life and I have come to learn that 𝗳𝗲𝗲𝗹𝗶𝗻𝗴 is how you heal and find gratitude.
For many years I didn’t show my paintings, because they are so personal. Looking back, I can now see the transmutation of the feelings. I can see how beautiful it is to have captured these raw moments in my life and how beautiful the darkness can be.
For anyone in the darkness right now, know that there is light and there will be peace. Keep going, you got this.
